Pros
decent benefits, awesome coworkers in wellness department. always snacks and coffee available in the office
Cons
terrible work life balance, forced OT. Poor moral with quality assurance scans. Hyper critical performance reviews. I received higher raise than coworkers who worked many more hours of OT than me no idea why based on the model they explain. Overall not great moral or job satisfaction among many of the wellness department. General consensus is that is is horribly underpaid for the amount of experience/education/and knowledge they expect you to have. Not an "easy" job - and unlivable wages if you don't have joint income or roommates. They are constantly losing and training people to make up for it. revolving door
