The benefits are good for full time employees. After your probation period (I believe after 90days) you get a good deal with their medical, dental, and vision plans. They have other extensive plans as well for other personal needs. They also have paid holiday and paid PTO hours that accumulate over time which you can use before the year is up.

Cons

There is little room for growth Mandatory weekend schedule (but after training sometimes they’ll work with you on getting a schedule change)
