Flexible schedule, Overtime, Company Bonus. Laid back work environment. Small office so everyone knows one another, free coffee, tea, and food at times.

Cons

May work Holidays, open 24hrs, QA can be more realistic, their say yes philosophy to the customer's make being a CSR a challenge because they expect you to put up the disrespect from customer's who place thousands of dollars worth of orders...

Good, genuine intelligent people work here Good benefits, 401k, dental, medical Decent pay, building has one or two nice commodities

Cons

Run for your life because you will realize how much you despise this job Stressful environment, call center, you're being watched and checked up on all day everyday Your calls are recorded and graded constantly The rules and guidelines for how you're supposed to work on the phones is about 10 pages long You're not giving medical advice sadly - just stuff life extension wants you to say You're basically a tool life extension uses to make money and these poor old customers are manipulated into buying 100's of supplements that they don't even need... Just don't waste your time please
