My coworkers were very friendly and overall nice to work with. They offer annual bonus and monthly bonus based on your performance.

Cons

Most stressful job I've ever had! My calls are are constantly under scrutiny. A lot of crazy callers calling in especially after 6 o'clock but you still need to be nice to him. Constant changes to the evaluation criterion.

Very very cheap supplements when working there and a 50% discount for life if you leave. Free health insurance. Employees are intelligent.

Cons

You will be micromanaged until you quit. There is a bubble called workforce management that watches your every move and you need to request breaks over IM. If you are 1 second late you are written up. 3 lates and fired. You have to ask to go to the bathroom.. You are told what to say. Everything is recorded. Management doesn't listen or care. Total call center environment. Do not work here!!!!!!
