Pros

Excellent Pay, Healthcare/Vision/Basic Life provided at no cost, ability to be part of the latest industry health related vitamin and supplement company. Company significant discounts on products

Cons

Growth is always difficult when your competing with yourself - member based private company which can be difficult when members have high expectations - think how you would expect to be treated at your doctor's office - would you want them to pay little attention to you or treat you rudely or give you incorrect information - standards are understandably high. Many people find great success there

Pros

A lot of information about vitamins. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Micro-managed. Some of the Supervisors look like they just stepped out of rehab. Customers get away with any and everything. You better work OT during the holidays.
