Not Bad. Not Great.

Pros

Decent pay for anyone with an entry level biology/nutrition bachelor's degree. Remote work is nice. Good insurance + benefits+discounts

Cons

Company completely caters to a laundry list of elderly callers to make money. Absurd grading on calls for monthly performance bonuses. Zero chance of upward movement in this position.

Pros

Great benefits. They pay for your medical and dental insurance. Opportunity for monthly bonus based on performance.

Cons

Customers can be difficult to work with. Be mentally prepared for back-to-back calls when call volume is high.

Pros

The company is forward-thinking and groundbreaking. The quality of the supplements produced is high. They ask for input from employees yearly, and attempt to honor those requests when they can.

Cons

The pay is poor for those who work their way up through the company. They will offer a promotion to an internal applicant with lower pay than they would have to pay someone from the outside. The employee feels obligated to accept the low pay, since the opportunities for advancement are rare. Management in the Wholesale Department is especially poor - they overwork the small office staff, while continuing to spend money to hire more Marketing people. Burnout is a real concern in that department.
