      Pros

      Good co-workers. Good equipment. A high degree of autonomy in medical practice.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package. Low pay for the level of clinical excellence that is expected along with the inherent risk of this work. Minimal room for growth in the organization. CEO openly refuses to release the results of employee engagement survey highlighting what real concerns staff have across the organization.
