Pros

Making your own schedule is a nice perk. That may be the only positive that I can take away from my time here.

Cons

Worked for LifeStorage for a few years now, I had high hopes coming in originally but those dissipated pretty quickly after. They cut our pay by changing the bonus/commission structure, and claimed it was to our benefit. Very cheap company from an employee point of view Worked there for years and never once received even a modest cost of living raise, despite being promised repeatedly. It doesn't matter how well you do your job, there is very little chance for advancement

Pros

High pay even part timers start off above minimum wage. Great teamwork. Tons of people to contact for help when it's needed.

Cons

No benefits for part timers, you have to travel to help cover other stores and no maintenance crew!!

Pros

Nothing about this company can be considered a "pro"

Cons

If I could rate negative I would. Where to begin. Lies, greed and more lies. This company is hands down the absolute worst place I've EVER worked. No respect for their employees, they only promote by being a shameless a** kisser, promised pay increase that never come, but the excuses sure do! From the unnecessary, drawn out interview process to the laughable pay rate, nothing good has come out of the time wasted while working for those greedy parasites Run far away from LS, they simply do not value or care about their employees. The name of the game is corporate greed.
