Corporate support from staff is wonderful! Always happy to help people out in the field

Cons

Poor pay, demand a ton of work. Not only do you have to take care of customers and leasing and everything in the office, but you have to do all the cleaning of the units, buildings, floors, etc. The Area Manager's freak out and grade you down if you miss one little thing! This affects the jakingly small bonus you may or may not get quarterly!

Pros

Great upper management, co-manager is great to work with. You are in charge of your facility and all that goes along with it. Take pride in saying I work for LifeStorage.

Cons

Sometimes the collection process is the hardest part of the job. However as long as you treat people with respect and caring it goes easier

There are no cons to the company. The position you take on is as hard as you want to make it. The company and job is very transparent.
