      Pros

      It's and outside and an indoor job. You learn all the different aspects of self storage as well as the management experiences.

      Cons

      There are only two associates and one is part time so you are alone a lot when it's busy. When you have to make a bank or supply run no one is there to cover you

      Pros

      Great Company to work for , the district manager is a great person to work for.

      Cons

      More pay , Yearly bonuses, and more employee functions should take place. Reward employees for all the hard work that is being done.
