Pros

Pretty laid back company. Just do what's expected of you, but do it well. This is an acquisitions company, so there's pretty huge potential for growth. Paid holidays off, pro-rated vacation and sick time with your very first paycheck. Training is long and drawn out, but incredibly thorough. There's always someone to call for help. Home office managers regularly seek out suggestions and complaints from field associates. Every manager, from the stores right up to the HO, are always willing to help and always make you feel like there's no mistake or issue that they won't help you solve.

Cons

The pay is awful and the health insurance is expensive. You have to hound people for payments each month and charge them late fees if they fail to pay. Really think about the economy of the area for which you're applying in. Low economy = more collections calls and late fees = tenants fighting to get late fees waived.

Pros

They offered decent benefits for a storage facility. Competitive pay, Two week vacation after one year. Holiday pay,

Cons

Store Management does not respect one another and do what they want . Area Manger won't enforce policies because they're afraid to confront them. They rather send off the problem than deal with it head on. Plus if your an associate in order to get hours you have to search for them between stores.

Pros

Core Values! Expectation is the same across the board. Great benefits, daytime hours, customer service environment. Policies and procedures are in black and white , and very easy to comprehend. We are always moving forward and growing and there is room for advancement if you work hard and ethically.

Cons

Dealing with customers this day and age can be challenging. I find that if you take time and listen, keep yourself in check show a little empathy, do the right thing for the customer within your limits, you can overcome and make every customer happy. Without customers we are out of business!
