Pros

flexible schedule, business hours are family friendly, company growing, wants to hear employee opinion, training program is getting better, fair pay at store level, they value the employee, decent bonus structure

Cons

promotion unlikely if you do not live in Buffalo or cannot relocate so basically a dead end job once you reach store management and area management levels. this also affects career path developmental skills so the company will always have to go outside for new employees to fill higher positions. Staffing at stores is slim no back up managers. No family medical benefits

Pros

The property is very nice. Life maintains property well. Good work schedule/hours.

Cons

Upper management knows little about storage, and has a real difficult time teaching and training, then motivating us when they lack experience. They should be doing rate management, better auction reviews to keep delinquency under 5%.

Pros

Good hours, get every other weekend off. Not labor intensive, so have lots of energy for kids when I get home. Area manager does not micro manage, which allows me to work independently.

Cons

If you don't live in Buffalo, hard to get promoted. Would have to travel often or relocate in order to be promoted. Pay and bonus are low. And sometimes earning the bonus can be impossible. Almost feels like they would rather you not get the bonus.
