Pros

Overall, the company has tons of money to spend and waste in various areas. The new corporate office looks nice but no one (except execs) are allowed to be there. Benefits are good overall. Most management are nice people and knowledgeable. Technology is there, and they will spend the money on better tech and hardware. Overall willing to use newer software. Slowly they have been cleaning house with the new C-Level people.

Cons

No room for advancement. Most management needs a real direction with projects and how it affects things. Very slow to change and move forward with things. C-Level still needs to clean house more and even eliminate a couple of their own that are wasting money and time and other resources, causing the company to be stifled.
