Pros

1) My particular department allowed us to work fully remotely, with the option to go into the office whenever so desired 2) My managers were very friendly and approachable 3) Work-life balance was exceptional 4) Pay and benefits were excellent

Cons

1) Feedback on work was sometimes lacking 2) Didn't feel there were many opportunities to move up the ladder in the future 3) Didn't get to work on team projects as much as I wanted to 4) Working with people in other departments sometimes meant these projects were delayed if these people were too busy (sometimes by months)

Pros

The only pros at the time I left was the diversity of the job itself. You wear many hats and it keeps the job from being monotonous.

Cons

This company use to care about it's employees and it's stores. But since Joe Sappahire took over as the CEO all the company cares about is the might $$$. I worked at one of my 2 stores for 14 years. The last 3 years I worked there they didn't want to fix anything. I had numerous roof leaks at my one property and literally had buckets in the hallaway to catch the water. Numerous cutomers had items ruined. The second store I worked at the week before I gave my noticce had major drainage issues that I had been told had been taken care of. 20 spaces flooded as a result of this issue not being taken care of. All issues that the company knew about. They have become slum landlords. The company use to have great holiday time off and they took that away. Now they won't hire employees or just can't because no one wants to work for such little pay. The upper management doesn't care about home life balance and they are having to shut down stores because they don't have the coverage if someone is sick. I know this because I go by 1 store on a daily basis and others often. The store I worked at for 14 years was closed last week two days. I loved my job and the one location for many years. It was a great job and I had all intentions of staying there until I retired until things started to change and my intergity was compromised. I was told that even if I suspected that a customer had water in their space, that I was not allowed to call them and have them make sure. Many customer's stuff was ruined as a result of this. Unless you just don't care about people, being over worked and under paid don't work for this company.
