Pros

Life Storage is headquartered in Buffalo, New York, and consistent with the city's motto ("The City of Good Neighbors"), it is a good corporate citizen, often participating in charitable ventures. Many of the people who work at home office are wonderful to work alongside. The company offers a quality product and treats its customers well.

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism, favoritism, and politics to navigate. Upward mobility can be difficult. There are no women or minorities in executive management positions.

Pros

Life Storage is a great company to work for. Formerly Uncle Bob's/Sovran, the company respects their employees and compensates appropriately.

Cons

There are no cons to working for this company, aside from some pretty brutal winters in Buffalo! Otherwise, no complaints.
