Pros

I have been working for Uncle Bob's for approximately one year. I feel that the company has made many improvements since my start date. I like knowing that I work for a large company with room for growth, but I'm still able to address everyone by name.

Cons

The starting pay is a bit low, but it is consistent with that of the industry.

Traveling, go to new location. . Holidays off and family friendly

Cons

Hard to be promoted.. been with the company going on 2 yrs and they hire outside help with little experience. .Little pay for the job they want you to do and the area manager pays more attention to the store manager and not the other managers. And little bit of diversity in upper management

Not Always Great

Pros

The best thing is the flexibility of the work schedule. Not a lot of micromanagement you are for the most part left alone to run your store.

Cons

NO RAISES with this company. There is no room for growth. Communication with upper management is not always clear(3 different answers to 1 question)and a lot of times your immediate supervisor doesn't know information.
