Pros

Small store sizes and strong store-to-store networking provides a feeling of community within the area.

Cons

Changing to a corporate mentality has made this company unpleasant to work for. Upper management is inconsiderate of their subordinate's lives outside of the office and express that their jobs should be the number one priority in their life. HR is paranoid of everything and take every situation to an extreme level of caution, to the point of being detrimental to the work environment.

I have been with company for almost a year and absolutely love this company!! A new company with tremendous growth opportunity in the near future makes this a great place for someone who wants to move up with a growing organization. Company empowers managers to "own" their business and drive results and rewards you for exceeding your goals and giving 100%. Customers can be difficult at times but overall are great to work with. Upper management is extremely supportive of those in the field and work hard to create a positive culture for you to work in.

Cons

Dealing with difficult customers can be touchy and stressful at times. Facility maintenance can be very difficult to balance at times with customers and other tasks. Would be nice to have more payroll to help with day to day tasks.

Pros

Supply uniform shirts and a jacket. Get to meet great and exciting people. 2 of the 3 DM's are easy to talk to.

Cons

To many unbroken promises to much talking about people needs alot more communication and consistancy the hr department needs some re training the most and formost noticble factor they do not hold true when it comes to reviews. In the intire time i have been with the company i have yet to get an updated or corrected review. They need to learn how to give increases when they say they are abd they really need to stop messing with our commission if they want to keep making it impossible than maybe a cost of living raise would keep people and make our goals a heck of alot more reasonable to reach. They wonder why people keep quiting well listen to these reviews and maybe we would be more positive and stay or possibly might refer more people. They need to make our benefits more affordable.
