Pros

- Not laborious - Quarterly bonuses depending on KPI's met - Mostly office job - Easy job

Cons

- Managers are childish - Corporate doesn't care about your wellbeing - They expect you to come into work while it's snowing and roads are icy - They expect you to come in if you have Covid "as long as you don't have a fever or symptoms for 48 hours" even though you could still carry the virus and potentially spread it to coworkers/customers - Doesn't provide living wage - You're expected to do maintenance even after having a maintenance guy - You're expected to do more than what's in your job description, and you can forget about being compensated for that extra work

Pros

Independence but enough socializing so you don’t feel too alone. Always something to do but easy to organize your day and form routines.

Cons

Better starting pay and benefits would be nice
