Pros

Lots of downtime, ability to help customers without being overwhelmed often, independent.

Cons

Customers constantly complain about rent increases and fees, threaten to harm you for doing your job (locking their unit/selling their stuff), and sometimes you get assaulted by customers at this job. You’re alone and vulnerable and the company doesn’t care. HR even lied about this being a hazardous environment to work in. Nobody on site to help you with any issues that may come up.
