      Pros

      Schedule is flexible, the job itself is easy, and the hours are reasonable.

      Cons

      Expectations are too high for too little reward. They lead with fear and intimidation rather than positive reinforcement. You end up working super hard in the hopes of avoiding "getting in trouble" or being talked down to, not because you feel good about the work you're doing and care about it. Although the hours are flexible and convenient, you will be pressured to do a lot of traveling and have guilt trips laid on you when you say no, because you like to spend your nights with your family and not on the road.

      Pros

      The pay is in line with the work. Lower management is engaging. Plenty of training and development. Bonuses are great. Hours of operations cool.

      Cons

      Full guidelines for operations are never disclosed until after the fact. Not much room for advancement. Lacks diversity in upper management.
