      Always short staffed and under paid. Area manager keeps everything hush hush then doesnt understand why things get messed up.

      They are giving store mangers multiple stores now keeping an associates at the store most of the time by themselves to do store manager duties without store manager pay. This really sucks leaving someone to run a store by themselves for almost a year and someone else gets the bonuses. If your going to try to cut corners don't pay your employees next to nothing and your turnover rate would get better. They spend too much on training employees just to have them quit.because the pay is too low.
