Pros

The people you work with really make the job.

Cons

They like to assign task that can cause harm and lead to potential lawsuit such as •using sledgehammers to demolish bulk furniture without proper training and equipment. •cutting locks using buzz saws and drills without proper training and equipment. •severely understaffed •severely underpaid •poor upper management structure •poor organization from upper management •miscommunication •threats from upper management to go to H.R when you can't cover stores due to being severely short staffed •they don't care too much for the employees only the quotas and how they can cut cost to increase revenue that contributes to their bonus. •disrespectful and and unprofessional at times. •poor email communicational skills
