Pros

Working at Life Storage was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. There is plenty of opportunities to move up in the company, and starting as a temp is a great way to be introduced to that.

Cons

When I was working, it was all remote. Sometimes that was challenging, as you wouldn't be able to ask your supervisors for help directly.
