Pros

Potential to be a great company it was before Uncle Bob's bought it out, now nothing good to say vacation and holidays are good

Cons

Horrendous New management, micro manage want you to be a janitor, don't care about customers, tons of pointless paperwork, dark ages procedures, policies change daily to suit upper management's needs, HR is not for the employee, treat managers poorly, condescending degrading, fires at the drop of a hat, big brother is watching...

Pros

You get major holidays off and average vacation time. It's a good place to work if you like workings alone most of the time and are good under pressure.

Cons

Depending on your region, sister stores may not be very helpful with coverage. I was forced to work at two stores because my area manager wanted a bonus for saving on payroll; now both stores are falling behind in our numbers and he blames us for it. Upper management has no concern for employees at a store level, can be bullies (yes, this is illegal), and are unforgiving on even the smallest of mistakes. HR will do nothing about bad employees, so don't worry if you are one to always call out last minute or don't actually know how to perform your required duties. Complaints are usually ignored.

Pros

It is a relaxing job some days, if you like working alone or with just one other than this is perfect for you. The stores close at 6, (4 on sundays) and youre off major holidays.

Cons

Constantly updating policies and procedures, it is some times hard to keep up. You deal with mostly angry customers, and being by yourself with little to no security it can feel dangerous. The security cameras are a joke, you cant read license plates with those cameras incase of a break in which do happen frequently at some stores. Auditors should come just once a year. Last but not least the pay is nowhere near good, paid so little to do so much.
