Pros

The pay is good and Gives incentives to work harder, pay increases quite a bit if you bring revenues in. Tennis and Pickleball sell themselves. The gym sells them the lifestyle. So easy to move up. Its fun, I play a lot and hang out with members in between lessons as its a solid energetic atmosphere.

Cons

1.)This location Particularly (CO SPRINGS) is removing another tennis court to put in 4 pickleball as they did with another court. (currently 7 tennis, 4 pickleball) The noise is an issue but Lifetime doesn't understand removing a court from a very successful potentially MUCH more successful program could hinder the program only profiting little. It is almost obvious with the growth of Tournaments and tennis as a whole here give OBVIOUS reason to ADD courts not remove. Paying 2 million for the lot and 10 million to build more indoor all pickleball and giving back the already taken tennis court would be profitable and good for everyone. A multi BILLION dollar company could surely do that for definite profits. Our tennis tournaments are so big we have to boot 40-90 people a tournament (about 3k$ a month) just to fit with what we have with 7 courts. And giving us back the pickleball court they took to tennis and building outside of it with make major profits for Pickleball and Tennis. I hope they read this. Again Tournaments alone with 8 courts will give massive profit, we haven't even touched on camps. We've got awesome coaches here who make the sport loved and will bring much more in as this community and City boom over the next few years. 2.)Smallish con is I'd wish they had commission incentives but I've heard they are making those changes. Some new Tennis owner is working ground level. Like give us more reason to hold large classes. The cap is still low. At highest pay is 51$ and hour (sounds like a lot) but we charge 95$ an hour. I'm currently at 37-43$. I'm happy with it as I'm learning and growing as a tennis pro here.
