Pros

Great coworkers and members. Free membership as employee. Never boring.

Cons

Company merger in 2015 makes it difficult, as it is all about numbers and slashing budgets now, when it used to be about providing the best places, people, and programs.

Pros

401k after 6 months match 3% .. Work uniform is like pajamas, great looking facility. All the training equipment you would need.

Cons

The only way to be successful is by bending over backwards for your managers, working outside your shift, and every weekend. Expect mandatory cleaning, even though there is another department (operations) designated to cleaning. Expect mandatory meets 2-3 times per week robbing you of business opportunities. Expect 5-8 different bosses or supervisors telling you that you did something wrong. Expect the company to take more than half of what your charging.

Pros

Free platinum elite membership, approachable and friendly management, and great community between both members and team members within club

Cons

With how profitable lifetime fitness is as a whole, they should pay their full time employees better.
