The company and upper management has completely gone downhill and lost focus of what they are trying to promote to members. They no longer care about the well being of their employees. The sales advisors are micro managed and given slave like expectations. The pay scale among most of the job positions does not justify the stress, long hours, and mistreatment of employees. They have lowered themselves to the levels of Bally Total Fitness and completely lost site of what the original vision of the company was many many years ago.

You work as hard as you want. With it being 100% commission you can find yourself working long days and the hours aren't great for work life balance
