The management is greedy and usually only looking out for themselves. You won’t get paid enough for the work you are required to do. Micro management is very bad. Worked there for 2 years and never got a raise. Only way to make even $2 more is through a promotion where you get even more responsibilities that don’t match the pay. The worst position in the company because other positions get paid more for doing less. You’re basically in charge of making sure the entire facility is functioning
