      Free membership plus kid care! Get workout in with lots of steps on shift. Best membership included. Great side gig at associate level!

      Great Perks, Flexible, Hard to Find Coverage

      Pros

      Loved the flexibility and the team. Being in the club still feels like home. The community among members and the team was amazing.

      Cons

      Pay was a little low. Finding coverage for classes felt nearly impossible sometimes and we weren’t allowed to cancel classes aside from bad weather.

      Good place to work

      Pros

      -if hired in as a full-time employee, you immediately have full-time hours -health benefits - continued education -at the time of my employment, there was good staff camaraderie -weekly 1:1 meeting with managers to keep you on track to having full-time client hours - small group training options - make more money as you get more clients -can sell supplements to add to your commission

      Cons

      -the "60 Day" competition get repetitive and causes some burnout -I heard the new pay structure (as of summer '23) is not very advantageous for the trainers -club keeps increasing prices for training services and memberships
