      You aren't working hard enough, even though we aren't paying you enough.

      Pros

      Free membership, although the work conditions significantly lower the value. Plenty of practice being fake and robotic. There are TVs to watch from time to time.

      Cons

      Depressing atmosphere Constantly disrespected, then told to smile. Regardless of what your department is, you are a janitor. You can never do your job properly. Don't compare this job to other minimum wage jobs, or even other jobs in the $7-$10 an hour range, it will only make you feel badly. Employee morale is rock bottom, but that doesn't matter to LTF. The LTF Vision statement used to be about being a premier employer, at least they aren't lying anymore. I have spoken to multiple employees at other LTF locations and it isn't completely consistent, but things are trending downward all over. I would only recommend working here part-time at best, and doing so once you have exhausted all other options.

      - Competitive culture - Moves very fast! Every day is different. - Free club membership & employee discounts - Direct access to senior leaders and executive teams - Strong vision for growth - Promotion opportunities if you work hard and ask to move up - Casual dress code (jeans/fitness gear)

      Cons

      - Work/life balance is tough to find in some departments - Very high expectations. Expect to work hard. - Projects can change instantly - you need to be adaptable.
