      I get paid to build new relationships and talk to my friends. Being good at the job and socializing go hand in hand.

      Since some of the members are high profile/upper class, there are occasional moments of entitlement

      Flexible schedule Free membership Free PNO Training flexible from home

      Cons

      I have not had a pay increase in 9 years Pay Lots of annual training during time off Minimal PT benefits Insists on lots of “coaching” to employees who are an issue to the rest of the work environment, but have no patience for other issues HR is across the country and not readily available on site Minimal room for advancement. Has leaders “in training” actually fulfilling role of department leads but pays them less.
