      Pros

      The overall culture of the company and the family feel you create with your co-workers was really an asset to going to work. Work independence and flexibility was a bonus.

      Cons

      The pay was never really consistent as their were different level tiers for the stylists. Management could do better with overall transparency and being honest with their employees. Sometimes felt overworked and underpaid just to get a dollar.

      Horrible Place to Work

      Pros

      -Good compensation for highschoolers who need the cash -Free admission into the gym facilities -discount on the food in the cafe

      Cons

      -Always never enough staff, causes extreme burnout -Gets extremely busy, and management almost never helps (past management did) -No room to grow in the company -Horrible management
