      Pros

      •Great co-workers most of the time •Supervisor pay wasn't bad at all for a 20 year old in my opinion ($17/hr) •Food quality is good, its easy to gain better eating habits if you genuinely try

      Cons

      •Worked there for 3+ years and only had 1 manager that i liked to work for, went through 5 managers in 3 years, lol crazy right. •Management and HR sweep things like sexual harassment under the rug (not kidding) •In all fairness, base pay could be way better as this is an 8 billion $ corporation and they still pay minimum wage •Help with things like health insurance is terrible

      They make it look great until you find out it is NOT!

      Pros: great people to work with and awesome clientele that are respectful and professional

      Cons

      The pay scale is VERY confusing and they tell you in the interview what it looks like and how awesome it is and how you can grow blah blah blah only to find out 90 days later that you get paid SH*T! The worst most confusing commission rate; it is based on production made 4 weeks ago! You have to track your numbers you did 4 weeks ago in order to know what this current week's commission % will be. The worst place to work for in regards to how they care for their employees! An employee died and they literally went on as if nothing happened and hired someone new in her place. No employee-wide notification remembering her, NOTHING! They will give you upgraded titles and make people employee of month BUT for no incentives! No raises, bonuses, terrible insurance, NO 401K matching, oh and the managers will put pressure on you to achieve more so they can have a bonus! Nothing for the employees. Why should employees want to work here?
