It’s like working at a high school, there’s always so much drama and you literally cannot trust any of your coworkers. Not good for your mental health to work at a place like that, but you develop thick skin and it’s easy to get along with employees that have actual adult responsibilities and don’t have time for the Bull s***

Limited career growth, there are only so many ‘manager’ roles & now it’s being restructured with more work by combining departments. Between working & using the facility to work out you’re there all the time-no work life balance especially for ‘manager’ roles. Pay scale is very low (especially if your salary & working all the time), I’ve worked there over 5yrs with no raise & was always told it’s because you get a ‘free membership’ (but most companies give you free perks & they ALL pay more) in my experience the corporation cares more for its members than employees, I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been put in an unsafe situation with members & nothing is done because the member complains. Things are always falling apart at my facility yet they keep raising fees-weekly I hear of complaints
