Paid ONLY through commission Expected to give roughly 5-10 hours of free labor per week with meetings, cleaning, and learning modules. All of which is unpaid. Life Time "interprets" that they are paying you for your unpaid hours. They are not. Toxic positivity. Life Time takes roughly 30% to 50% of what you make as a trainer for your sales and servicing hours. HR complaints are ignored or covered up. If HR actually does receive your complaint, they are employed by the company and act in accordance. Members are treated like numbers.
