Where do i even start, they treat their employees so terribly. they only play favoritism and treat genuinely good hardworking employees terrible. They claim “they grow from within” LIES, they told me multiple times in different areas of the company i would get a promotion or movement and they want me to grow with them yet refuse to give me more than the “minimum hours” despite constantly claiming they’re understaffed. they only care about their image, they have a HIGH turnover rate for a reason. don’t even bat an eye at this company, i genuinely feel so disrespected by the way i was treated, just know unless you’re a favorite of the general manager you’ll never make any growth at the company. I’ve seen Nepotism come into play at least 4/5 times within my year of working there. Not worth your time, such a fake company only cares about their image. i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever.
