Our onsite management has always been top-tier and very understanding and flexible. It was like a family, even through the hard times.
Cons
From a corporate level down, you are simply a number. Due to covid, our incredible pay and commission structure was completely nixed and cut to solely hourly, along with additional job responsibilities. Everyone in sales, company-wide, took a huge pay cut and was gaslit into believing it was comparable pay to pre-covid pay structure. No transparency, no respect, pay cut, unacceptable.
