State of the art facilities/equipment Valuable sales training Surrounded with highly skilled peers from whom you can learn a LOT

Cons

It's all about the numbers. The company regularly beings in "new meat" grinds it up, uses it up, and spits it out. Pressure to sell is relentless Ranks among the worst companies I have EVER worked for (I'm 53 and have been consistently employed since I was 15) in terms of employee treatment/morale.

-Great facility to train clients and also to stay in shape. -Discounts on Nutritional supplements and free gym membership. -Good pay for Personal trainers. -Lots of traffic at the gym which is good for Personal trainers.

Cons

-Personal training management plays favorites and are shady. -Personal trainers are two faced and will steal your clients without any hesitation. -Same BS with every gym, unrealistic quotas so corporate can get fat and rich. -Management always bothering you about talking to members on the floor. -If they favor you as a trainer they will give you new clients like candy. But if you are not favored they will let you fend for yourself then fire you for not hitting quota with no help at all. -
