      Great members, membership, poor benefits and pay is too low.

      Pros

      The company really focuses on a healthy lifestyle and sells it to the members and staff. Spends $$ on equipment and facility. Free membership and option to flexible schedule.

      Cons

      No paid time-off and discourages unpaid time-off. Always asked to work. Leadership is okay, not great. Compensation= horrible. Any other job pays more and will ask less than this place. Long hours. Poor pay. No benefits. No personal growth. Amount of labor increases with "proposed ideas," but not reflected in the pay.

      Free gym membership, meeting interesting and friendly people

      Cons

      Management is very corrupt and does not care about you as an employee. Supervisory staff can be very unprofessional and even harasses you if you do not finish cleaning on time. Also has a high employee turnover rate.
