      They educated, motivate and empower clients a customize workout plan and healthy eating to foster results.

      Cons

      Too expensive. Need to package membership with personal training. Too young of sales guys need to really get into clients needs. Peoples needs should change and every four months with eating and workout regiment.

      Free membership is definitely the biggest bonus, relatively easy work, great job for people who want to work on their feet with kids all day

      Cons

      Terrible management, hard to get shifts covered, corporate structure makes for annoyances such as memorizing the LIfeTime missions statement and having to state it at any time, treats workers terribly and pays very little
