Everything is overpriced. High employee turnover. Nearly impossible to break 6 figures unless you want to be there 60 hours a week training 10 sessions a day and constantly trying to sell supplements

I have not had a pay increase in 9 years Pay Lots of annual training during time off Minimal PT benefits Insists on lots of “coaching” to employees who are an issue to the rest of the work environment, but have no patience for other issues HR is across the country and not readily available on site Minimal room for advancement. Has leaders “in training” actually fulfilling role of department leads but pays them less.
