      Pros

      I liked working here because of the customers. I worked in the Child Care Center and often had the same parents come in every single day and talk to me.

      Cons

      Managers are often unprofessional and there is a high turnover rate for upper management at least at the club I worked at. One of my managers was rude and sarcastic towards me all the time.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with, my team, and also the other managers I work with are great. GM is relatively understanding when you have to take a sick day/kid is sick. Get to talk to a lot of interesting people and help them achieve their fitness goals.

      Cons

      I am a salaried employee. My days off are Friday and Sunday. And yet, I still have to go in every other Sunday for mandatory staff meetings, and am asked to work on Fridays to assist with club events. I end up working an ungodly amount of hours and get 1 or two complete days off each month.
