      Pros

      The employees and clients were fun to be around. The atmosphere was always positive and upbeat. The free membership was a bonus

      The hours were terrible. The benefits were non-existent.

      VERY low pay, extremely political, little chance for growth, extremely tight budget, virtually no training, never felt trusted.

      Pros

      I enjoyed serving people and housekeeping work. The decor of the health club was nice but a little drab.

      Cons

      Management did not care about staff, pay was horrible, no upward mobility, and nothing to inspire you to want to move up there. When communicated that conditions of the health club needed to be addressed immediately, I got no response.
