      "Culture of Care" is a hoax

      Pros

      Most of the members are nice. Chance to meet some really nice and exciting individuals. Great place to network. Nice work experience.

      Cons

      Doesn't care about employees. Sales compensations are constantly changing in a negative way. They try to make it harder for you to earn money. Inconsistent work schedules which make it hard to have a work/home balance. Require you to sacrifice private life for work. Poor management. Instead of dealing with or firing troubled employees they transfer them to a new location. Company of Good ole boys. HR is a joke.
