      Pros

      There are a lot of possibilities and abilities to advance within this company. A great feel within the club and wonderful team members to work with.

      Cons

      Many inconsistencies with training and policies. Much of this and other challenges do come along with being such a large company.

      Co-workers were great. Working in a facility that is always clean. Good benefits. Time off is usually easy to come by

      Management could care less about employees that are not in their department. There is no cohesion between different departments

      Pros

      I was blessed to have a boss that taught me more about nutrition then I could have ever learned through school or seminars. Education is a available and great, but no CEs for it and it isn't recignized outside Lifetime.

      Cons

      Long hours (have to work your mine hour shift and minimum 4-6 hours a week of non pay mandatory meetings) Terrible pay ( barely make 50% of the cut for sales) session rates usually push $99 am hour Bad managerial structure (more time and effort the more hours given to you) High turnover
