Pros
The coworkers and members interacted with each day made this such an enjoyable job. Solid purpose in helping people/families get connected to the right areas with the right people, setting them up for success and a healthier way of life. So fulfilling.
Cons
Sales department kept getting pay decreases over time. Now it seems there really isn’t a sales department. Instead they’re called “concierges.” I worry for new member retention.
