Pros
As a first-line supervisor at Lifetime fitness of housekeeping and janitorial workers, I planned out schedules for employees and assign duties to ensure that cleaning services are provided in a timely and efficient way. Maintained an inventory control and secure building facilities, lock and unlock assigned buildings.
Cons
There is difficulty in custodian employees failing to show up for work when scheduled. Due to this lack of employees to perform the work morale was low and they felt overwhelmed. Often times equipment was left at other sites limiting duties to cleaning the building.
