The Members are nice. The pool is great when its slow/not crowded.

Cons

The Senior Management! A "clique" of top managers, ignoring problems/not experienced with communicating with members or staff. Strong lack of education of policies. Small problems are ignored & become large, then staff is fired to protect the GM & Clique. Having No Maintenance gives cause of concern for health reasons, broken/lack of proper equipment, several non certified staff causing members to get hurt., Overcrowding in Studios, not happy staff everyone looks/acts "angry," no crossbranding of depts.

Great place to work, get fit, and have fun with others during work. The facility is amazing and a great perk.

Cons

Although it's a fun place to work and you'll probably like your coworkers you will feel like you live here, so if you care to spend time with you family or have a social life be prepared to make sacrifices.

Employees treated like meat. All services provided by employees are commission based, PLUS employees needs to pay ridiculous shop fees. Poor management, very strong disconnect between general managers and part time employees. Chain of command is horrible. Questions or Inquiries take days to get resolved. Management has high expectations, goals are set way to high, intending to make even more money off their own employees. Don't expect to take any days off in January, and be prepared to use your vacations for all the holidays. 7 days vacation, this includes PTO, sick, and vacation time. Very underpaid, think twice before accepting positions here.
