Pros
-Free membership -was an amazing job the first year -tasks were to the point and simple to complete -yes physically tolling but it was a great team
Cons
-once management changed, everything was awful -if you wanted to book a day off, it likely wouldn’t get approved - raises were given based on favouritism not seniority of time working there or work ethic -The most toxic thing I had ever been apart of
