      Pros

      Free gym membership, good community, nice coworkers, average pay. There is a lot of opportunity to move up in the club, and I genuinely enjoy working there.

      Cons

      It's really hard to say no when managers are asking for overtime. I'm still a student and don't have any free time, and my managers don't always get it. It's also very hard to get time off. I had a scheduled training at the same time as one of my shifts and I wasn't able to find help covering my shift for this mandatory meeting for lifetime.

      Pros

      Flexible hours while I was in college and was overall a fun job for a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. In the three years I worked there, 3 club managers came and went, as well as 4 department managers. Additionally, since this was a job where lots of people go for a first job, there were very young people to supervise, which could get frustrating.
